puedan  ser  aplicados  y  controlen  diversos 
parámetros  fisicoquímicos  y  microbiológicos 
que  permitan  aumentar  la  precisión  de  la 
medición,  confiabilidad  y  predicción  de  la 
calidad de la caballa.
